Our large tin bucket style tamale steamers are quality made of heavy gauge galvanized steel. They have heavy duty slotted steamer inserts to stack your tamales on. Double handle bales make for easy handling. Flanged lid. Bottom has a small flange to hold up off heat source. Choose from 24 quart or 48 quart size. Made in Mexico by Imperial.

How To Use Tamale Steamer
Fill bottom of steamer with water to just below steamer insert level. Place insert into steamer and cover with corn husks. Stack tamales on top of insert standing up. Add layers until desired number of tamales is packed or steamer is full. Make sure lid is secure and place on heat source. Steam tamales for 2-3 hours or more depending on quantity being cooked. Check tamales from center of batch for doneness. Add water as needed by pouring down side. Use caution when opening steamer lid!
