How To Use Tortilla Press
Always cover the surfaces of tortilla press with plastic wrap or wax paper. This prevents sticking and allows the masa to flow when pressed. It also makes for easy clean-up. Place a golf ball sized piece of masa on the center of the tortilla press and lower the top plate. Press tortilla press handle down until desired thickness is obtained.
